Rapaport could actually save this. Might be perfectly tolerable DVD fare.

But really, we all know the best thing to come out of this will be a handful of jokes from CM Punk in a few months (once it's officially failed and is okay to laugh about).

Odd but often times WWE films gets really good actors for their projects. Bruce Dern gotta eat too I guess!

Sadly, this looks like it might be the best WWE film yet. But at least they're showing signs of improvement.

Here's an idea for the ideal project for both WWE AND the IWC:
HHH gets out of prison (again), and becomes a penpal with Steve Austin, who's either a guard or prisoner (again). Then John Cena's lady friend gets abducted (again) by a guy in HHH's car, which runs over Steve Austin in the process. Everyone thinks it was HHH, but it's really Rikishi, who did it for The Rock. Meanwhile, at the bottom of the screen, CM Punk and his 2 robot pals (voiced by Colt Cabana and Ace Steel) go all MST3K/Second City Saints and ridicule the film. RVD was going to have a one-picture deal, just to get his SAG card, but the film's production will start before his 90-day clause is up at TNA. His role of "Guy Who Says, 'that looks like HHH's movie character's car' will instead be played by Zack Ryder. And Daniel Bryan will play a guy named Vincent Vegan, but he won't be used properly in the film because it's all about Cena getting revenge.
